Quiet little park in a nice neighborhood
Consider a pavilion or 2 near the pond. Grassland habitat is important, but there is no shelter from the heat in that area of the park.
Bathrooms are disgusting. There was urine on the floor in one stall, and standing water in the other breeding mosquitoes. I do appreciate, however, that there was toilet paper.
Consider converting old shed near pond into a bird blind with structural reinforcements.
Great pond for bass fishing. Catch and release only
This is a perfect park if you love lots of trees and nature! 2 full disc golf courses, playground equipment in 2 areas, picnic tables, basketball court, 3 tennis courts, a pond that has fish and ducks, and baseball fields! So much to offer all in one place. Love this place!
Love the woods. Nice picnic areas. Happy to see the pond filled again.
Saw some nice bass and gar swimming around. Could use a good clean up around the pond. Its catch and release only, so RELEASE THE FISH YOU CATCH.
